Malone is hiring a production supervisor for a metal manufacturing company in Vista, CA.
Production Supervisor Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead and support our production team. This role requires a strong balance of leadership and active participation on the assembly line, along with planning, scheduling, and coordination responsibilities.
Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage assembly line employees

Work hands-on alongside the team on the assembly line

Plan and schedule daily production activities

Manage inventory and ensure materials are available for production
-
Coordinate daily shipments and production goals
-
Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
-
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Strong hands-on assembly experience
-
Knowledge of inventory management

Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize daily workloads
- Strong communication skills for working with employees, clients, and vendors
Pay Rate:
$26-$32 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime required as needed
