Job Overview
Malone Solutions is hiring a Paint Cleaning Team Leader for a Toyota supplier. This role leads a small team responsible for cleaning paint booths and production areas while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support paint cleaning team members

Ensure all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), are followed
-
Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality

Train team members on proper cleaning and safety procedures
-
Perform hands-on cleaning of paint booths and equipment
-
Inspect work areas to meet customer and quality standards
-
Report safety issues, equipment concerns, and staffing needs to supervision
Work Environment

Fast-paced industrial setting

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and paint residue

PPE and safety training provided
Qualifications
-
Previous team lead or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and lead others

Must be able to work weekends and assigned shift

Must pass background check and drug screen
