Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking to step into a fast-paced, hands-on seasonal role? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a logistics and 3PL operation in Simpsonville, KY. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business need.

Warehouse Team Lead Highlights:

• Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:15am-2:15pm

• Start Date: November 17

• Location: Simpsonville, KY

• Temp with potential for hire

• Overtime: Voluntary OT may be available; Saturday work is highly unlikely but possible

Warehouse Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Open the facility each morning and ensure daily readiness

• Lead and participate in warehouse functions including:

  • Operating box machines

  • Stocking pack stations

  • Loading/unloading trucks using manual pallet jacks

  • Overseeing pick and pack operations for 3PL clients

• Serve as a working lead–actively contributing while managing a small team

• Promote safety, teamwork, and “servant leadership” culture in line with company values

• Maintain facility organization, housekeeping, and 6S standards

• Assist with special projects and ensure all operational objectives are met

Warehouse Team Lead Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a distribution or fulfillment environment

• Knowledge of small parcel logistics, shipping carriers, and appointment scheduling

• Mechanical and packaging knowledge preferred

• Proficiency or aptitude with WMS/TMS systems

• Forklift or power equipment experience NOT required

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Excel skills preferred
