Call Center Highlights:

Pay- $19/hr
Temp/ Project based position (potential for long term employment)
Hours mostly are 1st shift (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid working opportunity! Work from home and in the office.

Call Center Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls throughout the day answering questions for retirement or benefit plans.
Using great customer service skills to help employees find a solution.

Call Center Requirements:

Clean background
Previous customer service preferred not required.
Previous call center experience preferred not required.
