Malone Staffing is hiring CNC Operators for the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems. This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions. Competitive pay, and access to incredible benefits once completing temp-to-hire working requirement.
PRODUCTION WORKER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Pay: $20/hr.
- Shift times: First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Second Shift 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Sunday thru Thursday and Sunday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM *10 Hour shifts are required when necessary as well as working 6 Days a week to meet production needs*

PRODUCTION WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating a roll former to produce metal accessories
- Checking and visually inspecting produced panels against specifications to ensure a defect free product has been produced
- Installing dies during tooling change and adjusting to part specifications
- Entering production quantities for each order into computer system
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and assisting in other departments as needed
PRODUCTION WORKER REQUIREMENTS:
- Looking for Machine Operation experience in a manufacturing/production setting
- CNC experience is preferred but not required
- Roll forming experience is preferred but not required
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
