Job Title: CNC Machinist
Overview: Join our team as a CNC Machinist for the 1st shift, offering a competitive pay range of $20-$24 per hour based on experience. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Machine Shop Programmer and Engineers to fabricate parts and assemblies to our company’s high standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring precision and quality in every project.
Required Skills:
- 3 and 5-axis HAAS machines experience
- Aluminum and carbon fiber machining experience
- Understanding of machine tool clearances, fixture offsets, and cutting tool offsets
- Minimum of 1+ years of MasterCam experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints and quality requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with the team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in a loud environment
- Familiarity with indicator, gauges, and plate inspection methods
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in precision machining industry
Other Requirements:
- U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations
- Availability for periodic mandatory weekends and overtime
- Capability to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste
