Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves bringing ideas to life? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Malone Solutions is looking for energetic and detail-driven 1st & 2nd Shift Assemblers to help us create high-quality products that make a difference! Starting Pay is $17.50/hour.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assembling components and products with precision and care

Following blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions

Inspecting parts to ensure everything meets quality standards

Collaborating with your team to meet daily production goals

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For:

A great attitude and strong work ethic

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required – we’ll train the right people!)

Good eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions

Team player mindset with a focus on safety and quality

Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
