Looking for a new job opportunity? Malone is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians in the Fountain Inn area starting at $26.63/hr.
Maintenance Tech Highlights:
-Shifts: Both 2nd and 3rd shift available
-Temp-to-hire positions
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
-Facilitate equipment moves on the shop floor
-Give advice on technical specifications of new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities, making sure manufacturing, maintainability and health, safety & Environmental requirements are met.
-Set up requisitions for supplies, equipment and facilities
-Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumable to eliminate downtime.
-keep most recent documentation related to maintenance
-perform all other duties as assigned
Maintenance Tech Requirements:
-Understand Quality Systems, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, product safety, information security.
-Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic prints
-Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
-Experience operating basic shop tools
-Ability to multi-task, interact professionally with customers, supplies, and vendors.
-Need technical school education in specialization of maintenance, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, OR have equivalent work history.
-3 years minimum of experience with maintenance/ engineering
-1 year of experience in the automotive industry
-Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualifications:
-Journeyman Electrical License
-Welding Experience
-PLC troubleshooting and programming skills
