Location: Columbus, IN
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Conduct regular team meetings to assign tasks to warehouse associates and forklift drivers

• Ensure all work orders are accurate, complete, and properly supported

• Monitor team performance and recommend improvements

• Enforce compliance with operational procedures and safety standards

• Lead efforts to maintain and improve warehouse facilities

• Assist with maintenance and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Identify training needs and ensure staff meet company training requirements

• Support production during high-demand periods, shortages, or staffing gaps

• Address and resolve employee conflicts professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership

• Ability to train and certify forklift operators

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Experience working with warehouse systems (WMS preferred)

• Ability to work overtime as needed
