Malone is hiring for a Telemarketer in Carlsbad, CA.
Telemarketer Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers to share information about products and services
- Answer questions and help customers with their needs
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work toward sales or call goals while providing friendly service
- Support sales goals by promoting products and following up on leads
- Skilled at navigating databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications
- Quick to learn new software and tools to improve workflow and productivity
- Efficient at managing multiple screens, data entry, and digital communications
Telemarketer Requirements:
- College degree
- Great attention to detail
- Customer service etiquette
- Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional
- Team player with positive attitude
Pay: $16.90 to $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
