Position Overview
This is an entry-level, fast-paced role focused on shipping and receiving. You will work in trailers and warehouse areas stacking and organizing boxes.
This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers
- Stack and organize boxes (up to 40 lbs)
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Assist with general shipping and receiving tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to Seymour, IN
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (printing labels)
- Must speak English or be bilingual
- Strong attendance and reliability required
Conversion & Benefits (Upon Hire)
- Benefits available after 31 days
- 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
- Accrue 3 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked
