Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Policy Writer to support a Human Resources Department in drafting, formatting, and finalizing company HR policies. This role will focus on producing clear, accurate, and professional HR policy documents with proper structure, formatting, and cross-referencing. The assignment is expected to last a couple of months, or until the project is completed.

Temporary HR Policy Writer Benefits:

Compensation:    $20.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary (Project-based, estimated 2+ months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Georgetown Office (On-site)

Temporary HR Policy Writer Duties:

*    Draft, revise, and format HR policies in alignment with company standards Scanning through information to identify pertinent information
*    Create a professional and user-friendly Table of Contents with clickable links for ease of navigation 
*    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR standards in all documents 
*    Collaborate with HR leadership to understand policy requirements and incorporate feedback
*    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 
*    Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency 
*    Deliver completed policies by project deadlines

Temporary HR Policy Writer Skill & Education Requirements:

*    Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
*    High School Diploma or GED at minimum
*    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 
*    Proven experience drafting and formatting HR policies or similar professional documentation
*    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
*    Excellent written communication skills
*    Proficiency with Microsoft Word (including advanced formatting, hyperlinks, and TOC functions)
*    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
*    Prior HR or policy-writing experience strongly preferred
