Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and train warehouse team lead
- Enforce operational and safety procedures
- Oversee daily pick and pack production
- Drive performance and meet production goals
- Coach and manage team for results
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- 2+ years in warehouse supervision
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Hands-on experience with warehouse ops & process efficiency
- Willing to submit to a drug test and background check
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
