Beamer Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Beamer Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate beaming equipment to prepare yarn for the weaving process. You will be responsible for loading yarn packages, monitoring yarn tension and quality, and ensuring warp beams are properly prepared to meet production standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Operate beaming machinery to prepare yarn beams for the weaving process.
- Load and arrange yarn packages according to production specifications.
- Monitor yarn tension, alignment, and overall quality throughout production.
- Identify and correct yarn breaks, tangles, and other production issues.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished beams meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and established production procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and other repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 35-50 pounds.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as production needs require.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and textile production environment.
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience is a plus.
