Industrial Cleaner

Job Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaners to join our team at a large distribution center in Monroe, OH!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing a variety of industrial cleaning and general maintenance duties.
We have two available shifts to choose from!
Shift Options & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM | $17.12 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $16.62 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain facility buildings and work areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment.
- Follow proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals and powered cleaning equipment.
- Move boxes, furniture, cabinets, crates, and equipment as needed to clean designated areas.
- Clean interior windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Wash and replace blinds as needed.
- Collect, remove, and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
- Perform general outdoor maintenance, including sweeping walkways, raking leaves, and seasonal cleanup.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
