Now Hiring: Retail Traffic Coordinator
Location: Skechers Distribution Center – Moreno Valley, CA
Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Traffic Coordinator to join the Skechers Distribution Center team! This is a great opportunity for someone with transportation, logistics, and administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries to retail stores.
* Prepare daily reports, spreadsheets, and shipping documents.
* Track shipments and communication with carriers, drivers, stores, and warehouse management.
* Schedule pickups, deliveries, and special shipments.
* Process bills of lading and shipment manifests.
* Handle shipping delays, damaged product claims, and delivery discrepancies.
* Prepare reports for late deliveries, shortages, and freight charges.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of transportation or logistics experience.
* Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn company systems and procedures.
