Warehouse Associate I (Temp-to-Hire) – 2nd Shift
Location: North Building
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Possible OT)
Pay: $18.00-20.00/hr. Based on experience
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate I to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by transporting materials, replenishing inventory, and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to maintain workflow.
The ideal candidate will have recent Reach Truck (Stand-Up Forklift) experience within the last six months and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Reach Truck (Stand-Up Forklift).
- Pull, transport, and deliver materials throughout the facility.
- Replenish inventory to production and assembly areas as needed.
- Stage materials according to production schedules and work orders.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Required Qualifications
- Recent Reach Truck (Stand-Up Forklift) experience within the last 6 months.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production support experience.
- Material replenishment experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

What We’re Looking For
The most important qualification for this role is recent hands-on Reach Truck experience. Candidates who have regularly operated a Reach Truck within the last six months and have experience supporting manufacturing or production operations will receive strong consideration.
