Night Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Bloomingdale, GA 31302
Pay: $25-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m.
Overtime: Occasionally required
Position Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Night Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This position coordinates staff assignments, monitors attendance and work progress, and maintains accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily staff assignments and monitor attendance and task completion.

Adjust assignments within approved plans to meet daily workload needs.

Maintain and verify receiving, shipping, and inventory records in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Prepare staffing, inventory, and daily operations reports using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate delivery schedules and documentation with customers and carriers.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and report staffing or operational concerns to leadership.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to use MES for daily warehouse transactions and reporting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate staff and manage changing priorities.

Availability to work the listed schedule and occasional overtime.

BI-Lingual (ENGLIS/SPANISH) Mandatory.
