Hospital Aide (HA) – Food & Nutrition Services (FNS)
Starting Pay: $16.25 per hour
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 3 days per week

Position Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable and customer-focused Hospital Aides (HA) to join the Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) team at a local hospital. In this role, you will help support patient care by assisting with meal orders, preparing and delivering food trays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Take patient meal orders accurately and courteously.

Assemble food carts and prepare meal trays according to patient orders and department procedures.

Deliver meals and beverages to patient rooms in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain positive rapport with patients, visitors, and hospital staff while providing attentive customer service.

Assist with cafeteria cleanliness, stocking, and general organization.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention guidelines.

Support daily Food & Nutrition Services operations and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous customer service and/or food preparation experience preferred.

ServSafe Food Safety certification preferred but not required.

GED or high school equivalency preferred but not required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Willingness to complete required background screening and drug testing.
