CNC Machinist
*Location: Dublin, OH (43016)
*Pay: $20-$25/hr with possibility to go higher for the right amount of experience
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some overtime possible)
*Direct Hire for experienced candidates! (TTH possible for more jr. candidates)
Duties:
Blueprint & CAD Interpretation: Read and analyze engineering drawings, CAD/CAM files, and work orders to determine dimensions, materials, and tolerances
Machine Setup: Configure CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment by loading raw materials, installing cutting tools, and setting offsets, zero points, and fixtures
Programming & Editing: Input, test, and troubleshoot G-code or CAM programs, adjusting feed rates and spindle speeds for optimal performance
Quality Control & Inspection: Measure finished components using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify they meet exact specifications
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine daily maintenance on equipment, replace worn tools, and resolve mechanical or programming errors during production runs
Minimum Experience Required:
- 3+ years' working with CNC machines
- Experience with G-Code and WorkNC software
- Experience working with the following machines: SNK-RB4, DC4, Makino KE55, Okuma MA-630VB
- Die Repair experience is preferred
