Assembly Technician (1st & 2nd Shift Available)
We are hiring reliable Assembly Technicians to join our production team. If you like working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and want a steady role with a 4-day standard work week, apply today!
Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20.00 / hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:15 PM – 2:00 AM (or 1:45 AM) | $21.00 / hour
- Note: Standard schedule is 4 days, but occasional Friday / Saturday overtime may be required.
What You'll Do
- Assemble: Fit, align, and piece together parts of various shapes and sizes into finished units.
- Operate Tools: Set up and use light machinery like drills, belt sanders, and grinders to smooth and drill parts.
- Quality Check: Read blueprints, follow customer build sheets, and use calipers/micrometers to ensure precision.
- Track Production: Load/unload fixtures, track daily part numbers, and keep a clean, safe workspace.
- Train: Help onboard and guide new assemblers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, handle basic math, and select the right tools for the job.
- Physical: Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds repeatedly.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
