We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Entry-Level Call Center Associate to work for a wonderful customer. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: $19 per hour
These are part-time roles: Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7:00AM-4PM, this can become full-time, and they are temp to hire!
Key Responsibilities for a Call Center Associate
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, scheduling, surveys, or customer support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database or CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet established performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and productivity goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications for a Call Center Associate
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred:
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
