Warranty Clerk
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong clerical and administrative abilities who also understands manufacturing processes, products, parts, and quality requirements.
The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing warranty claims, maintaining detailed records, reviewing documentation, and communicating with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure warranty issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate warranty claims and supporting documentation.

Review work orders, invoices, parts information, and repair documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain organized warranty records, databases, spreadsheets, and customer files.

Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal departments regarding warranty claims and repairs.

Research warranty issues, identify discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding claims and credits.

Apply manufacturing knowledge to understand products, components, repairs, production processes, and quality concerns.

Work closely with production and quality teams to document defects, repairs, and corrective actions.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.

Perform accurate data entry while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Provide dependable clerical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Qualifications

Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills.

Manufacturing experience or a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data-entry systems.

Ability to review and interpret work orders, parts information, and technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and office teams.
