Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a global corporate office in Greensboro, NC.
Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide a professional, friendly first impression.

Answer and direct calls using the office switchboard.

Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges while following security procedures.

Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams for daily tasks and communication.

Assist with basic administrative and front-desk responsibilities.

Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and guests.

Follow company security and visitor management protocols.
Qualifications

Dependable and reliable — attendance and punctuality are important.

Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with people.

Strong listening and communication skills.

Good typing skills.

Strong spelling and grammar skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Entry-level candidates are welcome! Professional office experience is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable filling in for the morning shift when needed.
