Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Machine Operator for an immediate 1st Shift opportunity supporting an automotive manufacturing client in Shepherdsville, KY. This role works individually to feed a robotic operator, maintaining consistent production flow throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Feed a robotic welder, maintaining consistent and accurate part flow throughout the shift.
- Work individually (individual ops) with minimal direct supervision.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety protocols and facility procedures at all times.
- Maintain consistent production pace to support manufacturing goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently in an individual-operations role.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work the scheduled 1st Shift hours.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand with little movement for up to 10 hours a day.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the shift.
