Malone Solutions is currently hiring General Warehouse Workers in Findlay, OH. We are currently hiring for 1st & 2nd shift with a starting pay of $17/hour.
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $17-$21 an hour
Shifts: 1st shift (6a-2p) 2nd shift (4p-12a)
Overtime: Required/Expected
Position Summary
We are hiring General Warehouse Workers to join our warehouse team in Findlay, OH. This is a fast-paced warehouse position responsible for processing, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable working on their feet, and willing to work extended hours when business needs require.
Schedule & Hours
- Overtime is expected and may be required based on workload.
- Candidates should anticipate working 10-12 hour days during periods of increased volume.
- Flexibility with start/end times and overtime is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, process, and organize merchandise.
- Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders are accurate.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage merchandise as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and extended 10-12 hour shifts when required.
