Position Overview
We are currently hiring Barista / Cashiers to support food and beverage operations within a professional healthcare or hospitality environment. This opportunity is offered through a temp-to-hire program for qualified candidates, with competitive starting pay and access to enhanced benefits upon successful completion of the required working period. The Barista / Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing beverages, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming service area.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items in accordance with established standards

Accurately operate cash registers and process customer transactions

Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, service counters, and equipment

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements

Barista experience preferred but not required
-
GED preferred but not required; free GED program available upon permanent hire

Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred (three years desired but not required)

Willingness to submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
