- Setup & Operation: Align dies, set feeder mechanisms, and adjust sensor timing or protection windows.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot misfeeds, burrs, or dimensional errors; perform in-press die repairs and routine maintenance.
- Quality Control: Inspect initial test pieces and monitor output to ensure conformity with blueprints and specifications.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow strict safety rules and maintain a clean work area using 5S or lean manufacturing practices.
