Metal Fabrication & Die Casting Operator

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity where your mechanical skills and attention to detail matter? Malone Solutions is hiring Metal Fabrication & Die Casting professionals for multiple shifts.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and producing quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
? Pay & Shift Options
-
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $15.00/hour
-
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $16.00/hour
-
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $16.00/hour
Steel-toe boots are required.
? What You'll Do
As a Metal Fabrication/Die Casting Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and monitoring production equipment.
Setup & Operation

Align dies and set feeder mechanisms

Adjust sensor timing and protection windows

Monitor equipment performance throughout production
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot misfeeds, burrs, and dimensional issues

Perform in-press die repairs when needed

Complete routine equipment maintenance
Quality Control

Inspect initial test pieces

Monitor production output for quality and consistency

Verify parts meet blueprints and specifications
Safety & Organization

Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. Working conditions can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter, so candidates should be comfortable working in varying temperatures.
