Position: Call Center Agent / Enrollment Generalist
Location: El Paso, TX (must reside locally)
Start Dates: September 21 or October 7

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees during open enrollment
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Educate callers on available benefit options and enrollment processes
- Assist individuals in making informed healthcare coverage decisions
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly communication style
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous call center experience and benefits knowledge are a plus, but not required
- Must be available to attend 2-3 weeks of onsite training in El Paso, TX
- Must be flexible to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM following training
