Production Line Technician Responsibilities:
- Always work safely and efficiently
- Follow proper GMPs (good Manufacturing practices)
- Follow all company food safety and quality policies
- Follow work order, procedures and SOPs related to their area
- Follow batch traceability program, ensure to correctly complete production, kitchen and packaging forms, complete documentation as needed
- Manage production employees assigned to their area
- Notify shift lead and/or supervisor of any problems or discrepancies
- Ensure to follow production, kitchen and packaging related SOPs
- Trained to use fishbowl for printing labels
- Only operate equipment with proper pre-op and shut down training procedures related to equipment set-up to be able to adjust and correct machine settings
- Understand and follow all company’s emergency procedures
- Responsible for reporting food safety and/or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Production Line Technician Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills (percentages and proportions).
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Good vision, including color vision and depth perception.
- Able to work in a production environment.
Schedule: Must be flexible to work between the hours of 5am-3:15pm (no overtime)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
