Join a Growing Fleet Operations Team!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon warehouse and transportation operations in Brook Park, OH. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight between local operations and major gateway cities.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and dock operations during the 2nd shift.
- Lead a team of 5-10 employees, including pickup & delivery drivers and dock workers.
- Coordinate the timely movement of LTL freight to and from gateway cities.
- Ensure freight is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Communicate with dispatch, operations, and management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Help resolve operational issues while meeting productivity and service goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, transportation, or logistics supervisory experience required.
- Experience managing warehouse employees, drivers, or dock personnel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced LTL or freight environment.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: 1:00 PM
- Shift typically ends between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on workload.
- No mandatory weekend work
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
