We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Outbound Material Handler / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting outbound operations by moving and staging product for shipment, replenishing pick locations, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Candidates must have prior experience operating a reach truck and performing order picking duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to transport and stage products for outbound shipments
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Move materials throughout the warehouse to support shipping operations
- Replenish pick locations and ensure products are available for order fulfillment
- Verify product quantities and locations to maintain accuracy
- Load, stage, and organize materials for shipment
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous reach truck operating experience required
- Previous order picking experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Previous shipping or outbound logistics experience
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
Schedule & Pay
- 2:00pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Pay based on experience
