Barista/Cashier
Hospital Bistro | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Position Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Baristas/Cashiers to join a hospital bistro team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff while preparing beverages, assisting with food service, and accurately handling customer transactions.
The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other refreshments.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash and electronic transactions.
- Assist with food service, stocking, and maintaining product displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hospital policies and procedures.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Position Highlights
Pay Rate: $15.75-$16.75/hour
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, cashier, or barista roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable and professional with a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
