Job Summary:
We are hiring a Planner Picker Associate! If you enjoy staying active and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by accurately picking materials and working closely with the Processing, Coiling, and Packaging teams. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with physical work and take pride in delivering quality results every day.
Picking Associate Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare materials needed for production.
- Collaborate with the Processing, Coiling, and Packaging teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform inventory and order-picking tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safely lift, move, and transport materials as needed.
Picking Associate Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Fulltime: Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm
Payrate:
- $18.00/hr.
