Job Title: Pick/Pack Associate
Location: Louisville, KY (Riverport area)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Pick/Pack Associate for an immediate opportunity in the Riverport area of Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders to support day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and assemble orders according to client lists and procedures.
- Construct shipping cartons, wrap and palletize items as needed.
- Verify order accuracy and inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Label and stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and to bend and stoop as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Constant repetitive motion required to perform pick/pack tasks.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments that can be fast-paced and occasionally non-climate-controlled.
