Now Hiring: Stand-Up Reach Truck & Turret Forklift Operators – 2nd Shift
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overtime available as needed; facility operates until 12:00 AM
Overtime: Must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
Pay
- Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
- Turret Forklift Operator: $21.50/hour
We're hiring experienced forklift operators for our 2nd shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits after 90 days. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold freezer environment and committed to working safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stand-up reach truck or turret forklift
- Pick, stage, replenish, and transport inventory
- Load and unload shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous stand-up reach truck and/or turret forklift experience required
- Must be comfortable working in a cold freezer environment
- Turret operators must be comfortable working at heights. Storage racks reach up to 88 feet.
- Must be available to work overtime on Saturdays when needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
