Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a dedicated distribution center supporting a leading manufacturing operation in Kenosha, WI. If you value safety, accuracy, and working with a team that supports your success, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing warehouse environment focused on quality and precision. Unlike production facilities, this operation is dedicated to full pallet-in/full pallet-out inventory movement, allowing operators to stay on equipment and focus on efficient, accurate material handling throughout their shift.
Pay
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour
- 3rd Shift Differential: +$2.00 per hour
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What You'll Do
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment
- Move, store, and retrieve full pallets accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Support inventory movement in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Work closely with teammates to meet operational goals
- Maintain dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
Equipment Experience Needed
- Sit-down forklift
- Deep reach truck
- Order picker/Cherry picker

- Previous experience operating the equipment listed above

- Ability to remain productive and focused throughout your shift
