Maintenance Technician
Franklin, KY
$85,000 – $100,000/year (Based on Experience)
Malone Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Franklin, Kentucky to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a stable employer.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools, controls, and production equipment
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Complete machine testing and adjustments
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions
- Assist with general facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CNC equipment preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, motors, and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Preventive maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
- Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment
