Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a Custodian position in Brunswick, GA.
Highlights:
-Starting Pay Rate: $13.00 – $15.00
-Full time hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean and supply restrooms and break room areas.
- Clean and polish furniture.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets.
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning, minor maintenance duties.
- Set up tables and chairs to prepare for events.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge).
- Must provide a 3-year Department of Motor Vehicle Report (DMV) with no more than 2 moving violations, no DUI convictions and no Reckless Driving.
- Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles.
- Ability to function within working conditions and physical requirements.
- Ability to work assigned hours. Including overtime and weekends as needed.
