Job Summary:

Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage 40+ customer calls and emails daily
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the customer support team
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
- Utilize the ticketing system
- Utilize Word and Excel programs
Customer Service Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Full-time position Monday – Friday 8 am -5 pm (no weekends)
Pay Rate
- $17.00/hr
