Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Control Inspectors, supporting one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the United States in Georgetown, KY.
Quality Control Inspector Benefits:
Compensation: $15.00 – $16.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary position
Schedule: First shift: Monday – Friday, 5:40 AM – 2:45 PM
Second shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Mandatory
Location: Georgetown, KY

Quality Control Inspector Duties:
* Inspect automotive parts and materials for defects, damage, and quality concerns
* Test and measure products to ensure they meet customer and manufacturing specifications
* Approve or reject materials based on quality standards
* Perform visual inspections using written instructions and photo specifications
* Measure parts using appropriate inspection tools and gauges
* Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
* Identify and report non-conforming products to supervisors
* Ensure all inspections are completed in accordance with customer quality requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality standards
Quality Control Inspector Skill & Education Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* Must provide and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to distinguish differences in color, shape, and size of products
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
* Manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required
