Leave Administrator
PART TIME Temp Project
Pay Expectancy $30-$45- depending on experience
We are seeking a part-time Leave Administration professional to support our HR team for approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.
Position Perks:
- Part Time temporary project
- $30 per hour
- Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee leave-related questions and support.
- Administer and manage all leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, disability, company leaves, and state-specific leave programs.
- Partner with HR to ensure leave administration aligns with company attendance policies and applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain reporting to track leave trends, utilization, and potential risk areas.
- Manage leave administration within Workday and Kronos, ensuring accurate records and system maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous HR or Leave Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
