Involves performing basic cleaning and sanitation duties within the Environmental Service Department. This role includes inventory maintenance and the delivery of goods and services, supporting the Medical Center in their operations daily. The responsibilities encompass:
Maintaining safe and sanitary floors and equipment conditions.
Following a cleaning schedule for specified cleaning locations, walls, ceilings, and equipment. Replace all paper towels and soap dispensers in a timely manner.
Cleansing floors, surfaces, and utilizing proper sanitizing procedures.
Collecting and depositing garbage and transporting it to the garbage dumpster.
Previous institutional or Environmental Services experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED is required
Certifications or licensures are not necessary for this position
