Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Winchester, KY.
Shipping & Receiving Specialist Benefits:
Compensation: $22.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary to full-time hire position
Schedule: First shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional overtime as needed
Location: Winchester, KY

Shipping & Receiving Specialist Duties:
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
* Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and customer specifications
* Operate a forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility
* Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into computer systems
* Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of materials
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures
* Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
* Support team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
Shipping & Receiving Specialist Skill & Education Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* At least 1 year of forklift experience required
* Basic computer skills, including data entry experience
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* Ability to meet attendance requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
* Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
