Machine Operator – $15/hr – Must score 80% on Math test. Answers must be handwritten. Must pass 7 year background screening: no sexual offenses, no violent offenses, any felonies must be approved. Background screening must be complete prior to start, cannot start work with background pending. Must pass 10 panel drug screen with THC. Must wear baseball cap. Malone issues safety glasses and ear protection. Must wear pants, non-offensive shirt, and slip resistant shoes.
General Work Schedule:
- Plant 1: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (First day only report at 7am or 5:00pm)
- Plant 2: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. – 4 a.m. (First day only report at 7am or 5:00pm)
Duties for Machine Operators:
- Perform manufacturing processes, per customer order
- Complete adherence to ISO 9001 requirements
- Operate machines and make adjustments as needed
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Requirements for Machine Operators:
- Drug screen, background check
- Wear PPE as required (baseball style hat and safety glasses)
- Good work ethic
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
