Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: St. Charles, IL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a small, tight-knit warehouse team in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity to become part of a stable company where employees have long tenure and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately

Unload containers and incoming shipments
-
Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
-
Operate a forklift (approximately 25% of the time)

Use rolling racks and picker equipment
-
Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Qualifications:
-
Previous warehouse experience required
-
Forklift experience preferred
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
-
Process-driven and detail-oriented
-
Able to take direction and work independently after training
Comfortable working in a small team environment
