Production Technician Responsibilities:

Produce and assemble components from raw materials according to company specifications

Perform quality control inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of finished products and subassemblies
-
Work collaboratively with assembly and integration teams on product assembly, finishing, and system integration
-
Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Support production workflow and ensure adherence to safety, process, and quality standards
-
Assist with product preparation, packaging, and delivery

Participate in field or offsite operations as assigned, both within and outside California
Production Technician Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in a machining, manufacturing, fabrication, or production/shop environment
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using shop tools and equipment
-
Experience with product assembly, testing, and quality control processes
-
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production procedures
-
Comfortable working with mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
