1st Shift Paint Associate Highlights:
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-time opportunity
- Team-oriented manufacturing environment
1st Shift Paint Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Work in multiple cells on the powder coat paint line
- Support production operations and maintain workflow throughout the shift
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as needed
- Maintain quality and safety standards during production
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
- Support team members and production needs as required
1st Shift Paint Associate Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or trade school training is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-focused mindset required
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
