Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable individuals to join our team in Riverport, Louisville, KY, as Machine Operators. These positions involve operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, and willing to work flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.

Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, complying with safety and housekeeping standards.

Communicate with supervisors and team members to address issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred.
- Previous experience working in automotive preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs if needed and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Flexibility to work any assigned shift as production needs require.
