Malone Solutions is Hiring for a Manufacturer in the North Side of Jacksonville, Florida!
Pay Rate: $15.60/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position: Temp to Hire
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Paint Line Operator responsible for painting wheels using powder or liquid spray systems. This role involves setting up and adjusting paint equipment, ensuring proper application, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular attendance and be present as scheduled
- Set up and adjust paint guns (powder or liquid) to meet specifications
- Ensure all paint equipment is functioning properly and spraying correctly
- Apply paint to wheels according to model specifications and instructions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Clean and maintain work area as directed by Supervisor or Shift Assistant
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift and mandatory overtime if needed.
Qualifications:
- Must submit to a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a hot environment that is fast paced
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. repetitively.
